Become an Exhibitor
Confirmation of Booth
The organizer will send the exhibition contract after receiving the application. Exhibitors are required to pay the booth fee according to the instructions in the contract to confirm their eligibility.
Exhibitor Service
After confirmation of participation, the organizer will provide exhibitors with support through a series of exhibitor service emails, such as information solicitation, publicity and promotion, and recommendation of concurrent activities.
Pre-Exhibition Preparation
Before the show, the organizer will send all kinds of important final notices, including the final booth map, the reception point for exhibitors to check in, the time of setting up the exhibition, exhibitors' matters and the procedure of entering the hall. If there are any special regulations, the organizer will notify the exhibitors in time by email, WeChat or SMS.
